When should I place my order?

The sooner the better! We will always make an effort to accommodate you, but once a date is taken, there's really not much we can do about it. So we do recommend to try and order at least 3 weeks in advanced. We  are unable to take same day orders.

Do you have a storefront?

We currently don't. Pick up address will be disclosed once order is placed. 

We are located in the Fresh Pond area of Cambridge, MA

Do you make deliveries?

We ONLY deliver wedding cakes. All other orders must be picked up.

Fees for wedding cakes deliveries are of $50 per hour, including traveling time and setting up.

How should I store my cake?

Fondant cakes CAN NOT go in the fridge before you 'use' them. Have you noticed how things that come out of the fridge 'sweat'? Well, that will happen to your cake too... and the fondant can melt. Once you've taken all the pictures you want, put the candles out and shared it, and IF you get any leftovers... then you can store in the fridge, or freeze it for up to 2 months.

How long will the cakes last without refrigeration?

Everything is made to order, usually baked and frosted the day before the confirmed pick up date. Cakes and cupcakes can both be outside of the fridge at least 3 days after pick up. We of course recommend keeping them in a cool space (with AC preferably) during hot summer days.

Why does the fondant look shiny?

Fondant does not like humidity! If you notice fondant elements start getting shiny and sticky, they need to be placed in a room with AC (or car).
